Notice of Annual General Meeting

The annual general meeting of Boandik Lodge Incorporated will be held in the Chapel at Boandik St Marys on Monday 11th October 2021 at 5.00pm.

Board Membership

During the annual general meeting there will be an election of five members to the Board of Directors. Nominations forms are available by emailing livewell@boandik.org.au and will close at 5.00pm Friday 1st October 2021.

The meeting is open to the community but only members of Boandik are eligible to vote where an election is required. To qualify for membership it is necessary to have donated a sum of not less than $25.00 to Boandik during the year ended 30th June 2021.

The annual and financial reports will be presented at the meeting.
